Meet the team: The Marketing & Social Media team shapes Fever’s brand presence and ensures our projects resonate with audiences worldwide. We create tailored social media and influencer strategies , produce engaging content, and monitor trends to protect and grow our online reputation. By collaborating across teams and markets, we provide insights and ideas that drive innovation and amplify Fever’s impact. Join us and help craft the strategies that bring Fever’s projects to life on a global scale. The role: We’re looking for a talented In-House Photographer to join our Madrid Creative Production team. This role goes beyond covering events; you’ll help define how our experiences are visually told. From large-scale experiential productions to studio shoots and social-first content, you will be responsible for capturing moments that translate into powerful marketing assets. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and execution: shooting in fast-paced, often low-light environments, delivering high-quality imagery with speed and consistency, and collaborating closely with Creative to ensure every frame serves a purpose. You will also have the opportunity to be part of building our internal production studio, a space to experiment, test ideas, create from scratch, and elevate our visual language without predefined limits. This is a role for someone who wants to contribute not only to execution, but to creation. What you’ll do: Capture high-impact photography across live experiences, activations, and studio shoots Shoot confidently in dynamic and low-light environments Create social-native, lifestyle-driven content Own the full workflow: from capture to edit to final delivery Collaborate with Creative and Production to align on visual direction and performance needs Contribute to the development of our internal production studio Occasionally travel within Europe for key productions Who you are: You are a technically strong photographer with a distinctive visual eye. You don’t just document events, you look for light, texture, emotion, and storytelling. You understand composition instinctively, but you also understand that in a fast-growing company, creativity must meet clarity, speed, and execution. We’re looking for someone who: Has 3–5 years of professional photography experience Has hands-on experience supporting photo productions end-to-end, with a solid understanding of how shoots are planned, executed, and delivered Has a strong portfolio showcasing event, live shows, experiential, or lifestyle work Is comfortable working in studio environments, with a strong understanding of controlled lighting setups, modifiers, and professional equipment Is confident in shooting in low-light and challenging environments Has solid editing skills (Lightroom, Capture One, Photoshop, Bridge) Understands formats, exports, and delivery standards Understands how photography serves marketing objectives a
