We bridge the gap between historical performance and future ambition, ensuring every strategic move is backed by rigorous analysis and fiscal clarity. By partnering with Legal, Operations, and Sales, we solve complex financial challenges for new projects and uncover the profitability levers that allow us to scale sustainably. The Role Our Strategic Finance Graduate Program is a 12-month rotational program designed for top-performing recent graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You will rotate across three core areas: Corporate Finance Strategy M&A / Corporate Development FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) This hands-on program will expose you to high-impact projects, senior stakeholders, and real business challenges across multiple markets. You will develop a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making while contributing directly to Fever’s global growth. What You’ll Do During the program, you will: Support strategic finance initiatives, improving forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, and operational efficiency Build financial models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support decision-making Participate in M&A processes, including market research, financial modeling, and due diligence support Assist in evaluating business performance through KPI tracking, scenario analysis, and root-cause analysis Contribute to FP&A forecasting, building short- and long-term business plans, scenario analysis, and investment decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Data, Product, Operations) to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities Prepare reports and presentations for senior internal stakeholders, investors and founders Gain exposure to multiple markets and collaborate with international teams Who You Are Recently graduated (or about to graduate) in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related fields Outstanding academic track record (top 5-25% of class, each case considered independently) 0–2 year of experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured mindset Interest in finance and business strategy Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic financial/analytical tools Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus) Why You’ll Love It Here A unique opportunity to kickstart your career in finance, M&A and corporate strategy within a dynamic, fast-growing global company Exposure to senior leadershi
