As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. Who you'll work with You will join our office in Canada to work with the teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues. In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations. The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. About the Role: As a Project Manager within our Scalable team, you will work with your Team Lead to develop, launch and manage your events, from A to Z. Whether that is the Jazz Room , Ballet of Lights , the Jury Experience , or any of our upcoming live experiences , you will define the way to scale these events to all our other markets, working hand-in-hand with other Fever Departments. Be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of a portfolio of scalable experiences Own the full delivery cycle across all cities within the portfolio, ensuring each market launches and operates according to brand, quality standards and contractual requirements Validate growth plans, pricing, market selection and resource allocation to support company objectives Source, select, negotiate and manage contracts with venues, talent agencies, production vendors and other partners Maintain strong relationship that supports smooth operations and favourable terms with all production vendors Collaborate closely with New Ventures, Marketing and Finance to ensure market expansions and ongoing operations align with the broader entreprise strategy Build production budgets and track all project costs, identifying variances early and resolve them Protect margins by negotiating competitive rates and cutting nonessential expenses when needed Handle multiple concurrent tasks and markets, working independently by setting the right priorities based on guidance from your Regional Team Lead Anticipate operational risks, flag them early, and implement mitigation steps Validate that the show experience in each city meets the creative, technical, and operational standards of the IP, working with producers to continuously drive improvements Provide clear, concise status updates covering budget, timelines, risks and performance, offering practical recommendations where applicable About You: 3+ years in a project management role overseeing complex projects across multiple markets, ideally within live entertainment, events, or experiential environments Fluency in English is required; French and additional languages are a plus Strong vendor management background including venue negotiation, talent contracting, and production
