Meet the Team The Creative Marketing team is the bridge between business, data, and creativity, helping Fever’s experiences connect with audiences worldwide. We research, conceptualize, and craft campaigns, producing audiovisual and digital content that brings our projects to life. By collaborating across teams, we ensure every experience is supported with creative strategies and insights that make an impact. The Role: We are looking for a creative marketing professional to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing initiatives, develop strategic communications across multiple channels, leverage market insights to identify new opportunities, and continuously optimize campaign performance through data analysis and stakeholder feedback. What You´ll Do Manage 360º creative marketing campaigns end-to-end, from conceptualization to delivery, to sell our largest experiences across the globe. Understand and align with the marketing strategy, proposing new opportunities and channels from a creative standpoint. Create the concepts, briefs, and copywriting for a variety of assets including social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, OOH, and others. Defines the social media strategy ensuring creative consistency and performance-driven content across platforms. Work closely together with the design, video, and audiovisual production teams to bring ideas from concept to execution, ensuring the highest quality outputs Conducts in-depth market research and trend scouting to inform strategic decisions and and recommend new content formats, platforms, and ideas for strengthening our marketing campaigns Analyze the results of our campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement in the performance of the assets we create Conduct regular meetings with our partners in order to gather feedback on campaigns and assets, pitch new content opportunities, and update them about the status of the project. Who You Are: Native level of proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish. French, Portuguese, German, or Italian are a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably focused on marketing, advertising, or a related field Deep passion for creative concept development in marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of digital and traditional media At least 4 years of experience in creative roles such as copywriter, creative director, or similar positions Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills Ability to generate innovative and fresh ideas aligned with client objectives and overall campaign strategies A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail, critical thinking, and
