Warehouse Supervisor The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for the operational leadership and execution of all inbound warehouse material flow, replenishment activities, dock operations, and lift-truck supported warehouse processes. Reporting to the Director of Logistics and Warehousing, this role leads a team of Lift Truck Operators and dock personnel responsible for inbound receiving, material put-away, warehouse replenishment, wholesale order selection support, and warehouse cycle counting activities. The role ensures safe, accurate, and system-driven execution of warehouse operations while maintaining operational readiness for order fulfillment, transportation, and inventory control. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor acts as the operational backbone supporting fulfillment throughput, inventory accuracy, and warehouse safety. This position includes the execution discipline of warehouse processes through strict adherence to WMS-driven workflows, SOP compliance, safety standards, and operational training. What You’ll Be Responsible For: 1. Inbound Warehouse Operations & Material Flow Supervise inbound receiving and material put-away operations. Ensure accurate receiving, verification, and system posting of inbound materials. Coordinate dock scheduling and inbound workflow to maintain efficie
