Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Vietnam and Rest of Asia marketing team, responsible for building and executing regional marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue. This role leads a team of 5 marketers and owns the regional marketing strategy across Vietnam and key Rest of Asia markets. You will partner closely with regional sales leadership and global marketing teams to translate global strategy into locally relevant demand generation programs that deliver measurable business impact. Success in this role requires a systems-thinking marketer who sees marketing as a revenue engine rather than a service function. While field marketing and in-person engagement remain important drivers of pipeline in the region, the role requires building a balanced demand engine across events, inbound, outbound, paid media, and brand initiatives. We are also looking for a leader who embraces AI-enabled marketing workflows, using modern tools and automation to scale productivity, accelerate campaign execution, and generate deeper insights from marketing performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set strategy, lead a team, and execute programs that consistently generate pipeline. Key Responsibilities Regional Strategy & Revenue Ownership Own the Vietnam and Rest of Asia marketing strategy, aligned with pipeline and revenue goals Translate global campaigns into locally effective demand generation programs Partner with regional sales leadership on target accounts, campaign priorities, and pipeline growth Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of 5 regional marketers Establish scalable processes and campaign frameworks to ensure consistent execution and measurable results Foster a culture focused on experimentation, accountability, and revenue impact Demand Generation & Campaigns Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across: Field marketing and regional events Account-based marketing (ABM) Paid media and digital acquisition Inbound marketing and content programs Sales activation and outbound support Ensure campaigns support both net-new pipeline creation and pipeline acceleration Field Marketing & Regional Engagement Lead regional field m
