This role The Collections Supervisor plays a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s debt recovery process. This position leads a team that directly influences the organisation’s financial stability by ensuring the timely collection of outstanding accounts. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining a healthy debtor portfolio, supporting the company’s operational liquidity, and enabling growth.
