We partner across Sales, Product, Research, and the executive team to translate complex AI and data value into differentiated positioning, integrated programs, and field-ready enablement that accelerates growth. About the Role Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, Frontier Labs will own the GTM execution for our frontier lab business. You will partner closely with Research, FDE, and frontier-facing sales teams to translate technical work into research-credible positioning, repeatable sales plays, and high-quality GTM programs that resonate with research and procurement leaders inside frontier labs. You will keep the frontier asset library (battlecards, technical one-pagers, decks, benchmark and eval narratives) sharp against a fast-moving market, and bring competitive and customer insight into every motion. This is a hands-on role for a product marketer who wants to operate at the frontier of AI alongside a world-class research and applied team. About You You are a product marketer with 5-8+ years of experience, including 2+ years on AI-native products, and a track record of delivering launches, enablement, and campaigns for technical buyers. You communicate complex technical value with clarity, partner credibly with research and engineering leaders, and use market and competitive insight to sharpen positioning and prioritize where to invest. You are fluent in the language of frontier AI: benchmarks, evals, RL, agentic systems, and the data behind them. You operate at startup speed without sacrificing quality. Responsibilities GTM execution: Execute launches for frontier-facing offerings end-to-end, from positioning and messaging through asset development, enablement, and post-launch iteration, in close partnership with Research, Product, and Sales. Sales enablement : Build and maintain the frontier enablement portfolio (decks, technical one-pagers, talk tracks, battlecards, demo and benchmark narratives) as a single source of truth, and develop repeatable sales plays tailored to research, evals/safety, and data procurement personas inside frontier labs. Campaign & ABM partnership : Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns and ABM programs targeting frontier accounts. Drive continuous iteration based on pipeline signal and ensure product narrative is integrated across channels. Competitive & market intelligence : Own competitive intelligence for the frontier space, maintain sales assets, track lab-side moves, and surface insights that shape positioning, roadmap input, and field strategy. Research-credible content : Partner with Research to develop external content (benchmark and eval reports, technical blog posts, partnership announcements, co-marketing assets) that supports deal acceleration, sharpens positioning, and establishes Snorkel as a credible peer to frontier research teams.
