Nectar is looking to strengthen its Marketing Team by recruiting a motivated and hands-on Merchandising Executive . This role is ideal for an organised individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in ensuring our brands are presented to the highest standards across retail outlets. Key Responsibilities Ensuring retail shelves are appropriately branded using the available Point of Purchase (POP) materials. Maximising product visibility and brand exposure within the allocated shelf space. Assembling, dismantling, and maintaining POP materials and display stands in accordance with approved planograms and merchandising guidelines. Supporting the Merchandising Manager in maintaining an organised and efficient merchandising store, ensuring all materials are issued and returned according to established procedures. Assisting with regular stock takes and inventory control of merchandising materials. Maintaining high merchandising standards across all assigned retail locations. Requirements A valid driving licence is required. Possession of a Category C1 driving licence will be considered an asset. The Ideal Candidate: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese. Be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills. Possess a practical, hands-on approach to work. Be comfortable using and handling basic tools and equipment. Be computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Have a good knowledge of local roads and routes, which will be considered an advantage.
