We’ll be scaling even faster in 2026 to keep pace with our customer growth. Where we work Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. With this extreme growth, critical, complex, and cross-functional projects are appearing across the company. We’re testing and adopting a new pricing model, we’re bringing on a whole new segment of customers, and we’re transforming the way we interface with our customers to name just a few. We’re making the first hire on our strategic operations team alongside our COO and Chief of Staff to take on the highest priority items across the company and drive lasting, transformational impact. We’re looking for someone with high ownership and world-class bias to action who will be responsible for the following: Driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives - Identify and lead the highest-leverage projects that are too new or complex to have a natural owner within the business. You’ll spin up and own strategic initiatives or functional areas that require urgent focus or long-term incubation—driving execution and impact where the company needs it most. Supporting company-wide operating rhythms and goal execution - Partner closely with the COO and Chief of Staff to ensure alignment and delivery of company-level objectives. You’ll help manage the operating cadences that keep the business on track for our ambitious goals, and you’ll lead projects to course correction where needed.
