The Grader is the #1 way owners start their journey with Owner, and we're looking for someone to evolve it into a more powerful AI-powered system that reaches more owners, increases conversion, and accelerates Owner's growth rate. We're looking for an AI-native builder who has shipped AI-powered apps — whether inside a company or as side projects — and thinks about growth through the lens of product and intelligent systems, not campaigns. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. The impact you will have - Own one of the most important products for transforming the customer journey and accelerating growth at Owner. - Increase the percentage of qualified restaurant owners who join Owner after starting with the Grader. - Evolve the Grader from a high-performing funnel into a more powerful growth system across acquisition, evaluation, conversion, and post-purchase launch. - Identify where owners lose trust, get confused, or drop off, then ship improvements that make the path to joining Owner feel clearer, more valuable, and more compelling. - Use data, experimentation, and customer insight to understand the funnel deeply and prioritize the work most likely to increase Owner’s growth rate.
