The Senior Manager, Performance Data Operations serves as the analytical powerhouse behind Aledade’s Population Health Impact performance improvement initiatives. This role acts as the dedicated data and program lead for the Population Health Performance Improvement team, operating with a high degree of autonomy to inform the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that advance health equity, quality, and cost outcomes for high‑risk populations. This role bridges raw data, operational workflows, and organizational strategy. This role will: Build and maintain complex datasets and high‑impact population health analytics (especially Tableau and SQL‑backed models). Lead cross‑functional projects and programs that embed population health measures into the way we operate and measure success. Drive cycles of performance improvement by combining advanced analytics, investigative data analysis, and value stream mapping with strong project and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is a highly self‑directed and strategic thinker who is equally comfortable writing complex queries, designing equity‑focused metrics, facilitating cross‑functional working sessions, and presenting clear, compelling narratives to executives and field teams.
