About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and people-first VP, People to serve as a key member of our leadership team and own the full people function globally. This role is designed for an experienced, tech-savvy HR leader who brings deep expertise in building and scaling people programs at high-growth tech companies, with a proven track record leading global teams across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution ability, and who can shape and champion a distinctive company culture, serve as a trusted HRBP to senior leaders, design effective organizational structures, and architect competitive compensation and benefits programs. This leader will partner closely with the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and executive team to drive people strategy, org design, and workforce planning that supports our global business objectives while fostering a high-performing, people-first culture. What You'll Be Doing: Own and drive Nanit’s global people strategy, serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and executive leadership team on all matters related to talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness Design and scale global people programs that drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and a high-performance culture across all geographies Build and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle experience – onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts that enable Nanit to scale effectively, including defining team structures, reporting lines, spans of control, and headcount planning across the global organization Build and own Nanit’s global compensation and benefits philosophy and framework, including market benchmarking, salary bands, incentive structures, and total rewards programs; administer equity and option plans Serve as the senior employee relations leader, providing guidance and HR leadership across all employee matters globally, and coaching managers on performance, career development, and feedback Oversee all HR operations and compliance globally, including HRIS, PEO management, payroll, benefits administration, and policy management across all markets where Nanit operates Lead the annual performance management and compensation planning cycle, ensuring rigor, fairness, and alignment to business priorities across the global organization Lead and develop the global talent acquisition function to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent, with a focus on building diverse, high-performing teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience Champion Nanit’s culture and values by acting as a trusted HRBP to senior leaders – providing coaching, facilitating difficult conversations, and ensuring that people decisions reflect our commitment to an inclusive, high-trust workplace where every employee can do their best work Who You Are: 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role at a high-growth tech company Proven experience leading and managing global teams across multiple countries and time zones, with a strong understanding of international employment practices Deep expertise in organizational design, including
