Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a key contributor to the development of compelling omnichannel campaigns that promote Revolution Medicine’s values, scientific innovation, and patient centricity. You will develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to achieve brand objectives and growth targets, particularly for non-personal promotion initiatives. Identification and implementation of innovative digital promotion technologies will be essential to this role. You will also collaborate cross-functionally and support media planning, campaign measurement, campaign asset promotional review, and related expense budgets. Engages in strategic market planning through developing and executing marketing strategies for lung cancer products and indications. Understands customer needs and preferences to create engaging and effective marketing campaigns. Oversees the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and field-based resources. Tracks and analyzes marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization opportunities Ensures all marketing materials and activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Manages marketing budgets effectively to ensure efficient resource allocation. Oversees the management of relationships with external marketing agencies and partners. Partners cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful product development and launch. Required Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree required with 5+years of experience in executing Marketing brand initiatives and Marketing operations in pharmaceuticals or biopharma. Digital Marketing, Media Channel Marketing or Personal Promotion Marketing experience. Track record of being a collaborative team player, build positive partnerships, and adaptive to meet the needs of a growing business. Strong critical thinker and problem solver with proactive mindset to build and manage processes that drive accountability and results. Demonstrated ability to influence management and key business partners without authority. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines. Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication and represent Revolution Medicines and embodies our corporate values. Preferred Skills: Advanced degree preferred (MBA, etc). Targeted oncology product and launch experience strongly preferred. Experience in a smaller, rapidly growing, company.
