Your opportunity: We're looking for a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our Payments teams. This is a team that has the goal of building a payments platform for the Mexico market. This product is showing strong traction and we need someone that can work at a fast pace, in a high growth product. As a senior engineering manager, your main areas of focus are your team, its people, their performance, wellbeing and the processes that surround that team. We are looking for people with a strong technical background and track record, who are able to lead, coordinate and coach an already stellar engineering team. - Coach first, player second.
