Role summary Location: Guang Zhou On-site | Full-time As a full stack development engineer with more that 5 years of experience. You will serve as a core technical member of the development team, participating in the design, development, deployment, and full lifecycle maintenance of the company's cross-border payment system. You need to have a high pursuit of code quality, system stability, and security to ensure that you can provide secure, stable, and efficient services to users worldwide. What you’ll do System design and development: Participate in the core architecture design and technical solution development of cross-border payment platforms, responsible for the development and iteration of core modules such as transactions, clearing and settlement, risk control, and account systems, and write high-quality and maintainable code. Performance optimization and stability assurance: Monitor and optimize system performance, handle online failures, and ensure high availability of the system in high concurrency, multi time zone environments (target 7x24 hour stable operation). Build a full chain stress testing, monitoring, and log analysis system to quickly locate and resolve performance bottlenecks and anomalies. Security and Compliance: Build a payment system that complies with international security standards and Chinese regulatory requirement, design and implement a fund security protection system, including transaction monitoring, API communication encryption, anti-attack strategies, etc., to ensure the security of user data and funds. Deployment and Operations Collaboration: Proficient in using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, collaborating with operations teams to achieve automated deployment, publishing, and governance of services. Teamwork and documentation: Work closely with product, front-end, testing, and operation teams to complete requirement reviews and implement technical solutions. Write clear technical design documents, API documents, and system architecture documents. Who you are 5+ years working experience in a high-tech or fin-tech company or has experience in core modules of cross-border payments or third-part payments. Java Core: Proficient in Java language and JVM principles, with a deep understanding of multithreading, concurrent programming, collection frameworks, and performance tuning. Mainstream frameworks: Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and other mainstream open source frameworks, and understand their core principles. Database and Middleware: Proficient in MySQL and SQL optimization, familiar with at least one NoSQL database (such as Redis) and its application scenarios. Proficient in using commonly used message middleware such as RocketMQ/Kafka. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus. Hands-on experience with React and modern state management. Familiarity with Next.js and Ant Design is preferred. Basic knowledge of modern frontend build workflows (e libraries, bundlers) and version control (Git). Distributed technology: Familiar with the concept of distributed systems, microservice architecture design and governance, familiar with common solutions such as distributed transactions, caching, locks, etc. Excellent logical thinking, problem analysis
