📈 Who We Are: We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership. We’re scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide. Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems. At tem, we’re not just building another energy company, we’re rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception. 🎙️ THE ROLE We're hiring a Content Producer. A writer and maker who sees one brief and automatically thinks in five formats. You will write, design and ship content across newsletters, social, long-form, case studies, broker one-pagers, carousels and scripts. You will also produce the assets that carry it in Figma. You will: - Write and produce content across every format, at pace and to a consistent quality bar. - Design social assets and carousels in Figma, alongside the Brand Creative team. - Atomise long-form content into its derivatives without waiting to be asked. - Use AI to accelerate output without dropping quality. - Work with the (future) Social Media Manager to keep content shipped on time. You will report into the Content Lead. 🚀 RESPONSIBILITIES Content production - Write to a high, consistent standard across formats: newsletters, social, long-form, case studies, one-pagers, scripts, email and event copy. - Design supporting assets in Figma (heavier lifting still sits with the Brand Creative team). - Take a brief from concept to finished asset without a rewrite from the Content Lead. Atomisation - Treat every long-form piece as a source file: blog, case study, product update. - Produce the carousels, scripts, story sequences and newsletter angles without being prompted. Distribution - Work with the (future) Social Media Manager so content ships on time. - Flag distribution opportunities (format, channel mix, repurposing sequences) and act on them. - Bring performance signals back into editorial decisions: what to repeat, what to stop. 🎯 REQUIREMENTS Must haves - 2 to 6 years in content or editorial with a portfolio that proves output quality across multiple formats. - Writing instinct: clear, engaging copy at pace, with minimal supervision. This is the reason we hire you. - Real Figma capability. Not a specialist, but design work that stands out in your portfolio. - 360 content thinking. You instinctively repurpose and atomise. A blog is a source file. - Fluent AI use, with the judgment to know where quality degrades and catch it. - Creative flair. You think about the story before the template, and you operate outside standard B2B styles. - Ability to make a technically dense product feel clear, credible and interesting. Bonus points - B2B...
