ABOUT THE ROLE Evvy is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the product experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term patient value. As a Growth PM at Evvy, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, data, AI, ecommerce, and healthcare — shaping how patients discover Evvy, convert, engage with care, and continue their journey over time. You’ll work on some of the company’s highest-leverage growth surfaces across onboarding, testing, treatment, retention, lifecycle expansion, and personalization. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and loves turning messy problems into measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Clinical, and Leadership to define strategy, ship experiments, and build systems that compound over time. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a product strategist, executes like a founder, and uses AI fluently across the entire product development process. Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own growth & LTV strategy - Own key product levers tied to conversion, retention, expansion, and customer LTV - Drive the growth product roadmap from ideation through launch, iteration, and optimization - Design and run experiments across onboarding, ecommerce, treatment flows, retention, reactivation, and lifecycle experiences - Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across the patient journey Build product experiences that compound - Partner closely with Marketing on ecommerce conversion, landing pages, acquisition flows, and lifecycle engagement - Develop in-product and cross-channel experiences that increase retention, adherence, retesting, and long-term engagement - Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to deeply understand user behavior, friction points, and growth opportunities - Help shape Evvy’s personalization and AI-driven patient experience strategy over time Collaborate cross functionally and s
