We take serious care of our people, but never take ourselves too seriously. The Role We are looking for a Partner Enablement Lead to be the architect and operator of our channel growth strategy. You will sit at the intersection of Enablement and Partnerships, ensuring our global partners are as equipped, confident, and effective as our internal sellers. Initially, this is a "hands-on-keyboard" operational role focused on building the infrastructure of our partner ecosystem. However, as the channel matures, you will have the opportunity to transition into a highly strategic leader, shaping how Showpad scales through the channel globally. Core Responsibilities Infrastructure & Operations: Stand up and manage a world-class Partner Portal. You will own the content and instance governance strategy for onboarding and continuous development to ensure partners hit incremental revenue targets. Content Adaptation: Translate Showpad’s internal enablement of high-impact content and learning experiences into a format that resonates with and empowers external partners. Gap Analysis & Creation: Use your subject matter expertise to identify where internal content falls short for a partner audience; create new, bespoke learning paths where gaps exist. Onboarding Excellence: Partner closely with the VP of Partnerships to ensure every new partner has a seamless, high-value transition into the Showpad ecosystem. Product Readiness: Coordinate with Product Marketing and RevOps to ensure partners are fully enabled on all flagship and minor product releases simultaneously with internal teams. Regional Synergy: Act as the bridge between Showpad’s regional sellers and new partner motions, facilitating the enablement needed to make co-selling a success. Data-Driven Optimization: Use performance data and KPIs to track "sell-through" success. You won't just report data; you’ll use it to identify opportunities to improve processes and selling motions. Showpad Platform Proficiency: Become a master of the Showpad tool, as well as our internal content governance strategy. Use this skill set to design and deliver "End User" training programs for partner Individual Contributors (ICs). Your mission is to drive high platform adoption and mastery, turning Showpad's technology into a competitive advantage that scales revenue in our key investment regions. Qualifications The Experience: 3+ years in enablement leadership, GTM strategy, or enablement consulting. The Channel Lens: At least 1 year specifically in a partnership or partner enablement role. You understand the unique nuances of indirect selling. Enablement Software Knowledge: A minimum of 1 year hands on admin experience with an enablement software or LMS Scaling Mindset: A proven passion for scaling companies through channel sales motions and a track record of driving enablement results that align directly with Revenue KPIs. Solution Selling: Experience in complex solution selling (not just transactional products) and the ability to engage comfortably with executive decision-makers. The "Builder" Spirit: You are comfortable with ambiguity. You don’t just follow a playbook; you enjoy designing the scalable solutions
