Software Engineer Intern

Optimize CRM System Configuration – Assist in configuring and refining CRM workflows, settings, and integrations to improve functionality and efficiency. Work with Integrations – Support API-based integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data flow between systems. Support and Communicate – Collaborate with internal teams and end users to resolve configuration challenges and enhance system performance. Create Clear Documentation – Develop and maintain technical documentation, including setup guides, best practices, and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to implement solutions and improve CRM processes. Analyze and Troubleshoot – Identify and resolve technical issues related to CRM configurations and integrations, ensuring reliable system performance. Have a foundational understanding of software development, debugging, and testing Have hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and developer tools (SDKs) Possess a sharp analytical mindset and love solving complex problems Are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy and precision Are passionate about driving customer success through technical solutions Have an interest or background in Financial Services (a plus!)
