And beyond. ⭐️ THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (FOOD & BEVERAGE) JOB We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Sales person to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on companies from the Food & Beverage industry, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs. This segment encompasses producers, distributors, and intermediaries across the entire food supply chain—from fruits and vegetables to dairy products, beverages, meat, and specialty foods. Why is this Vertical interesting? - Passionate team: Our 6-person team is passionate about the sector we address, and the daily learnings from the field enhance this. - Diverse workforce: Companies employ both production/logistics teams (drivers, warehouse workers, production line staff) and commercial functions, often with varied digital literacy levels; - Unique challenges: High turnover in physically demanding roles, supply chain sensitivities, strong seasonality, and increasing focus on sustainability and organic products; - Company profiles: Predominantly SMEs and family-owned businesses with deep local roots and multi-generational management, often less familiar with "nouvelle économie" solutions; - HR priorities: Recruitment and retention difficulties, purchasing power concerns for lower-paid employees, and the need to manage both physical and mental well-being in demanding work environments. Our existing customers in this segment particularly value Alan's digital simplicity and our ability to serve employees at all comfort levels with technology, including multilingual support and inclusive care options. What will you do with us? You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Food & Beverage Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of 150K€. At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
