About the role Rippling is looking for a Paid Social Analyst, APAC (contractor) to own paid social campaigns for the Core HR product across key APAC markets, primarily Australia, Singapore, India, and New Zealand. This person will serve as the primary paid social point of contact for APAC and partner closely with the International Growth team and regional stakeholders to drive efficient pipeline and ARR growth. In this role, you will lead strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Meta, managing budget allocation, campaign performance, and testing plans across a diverse set of markets. You will localize creative and copy for regional audiences, tailor messaging to local ad formats and buyer behavior, and identify opportunities to support Rippling's continued expansion across APAC. You'll work cross-functionally with APAC Sales, Marketing Operations, Growth and Demand Gen managers, and Brand to launch campaigns, share insights, and shape regional strategy that drives both brand awareness and pipeline. A key part of the role is owning full-funnel performance — tracking how leads progress through the sales funnel, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and using data to continuously improve results. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, action-oriented, and excited to build. You should be comfortable brainstorming and testing new audiences and campaign ideas, using AI and analytics tools to improve decision-making, and navigating regional nuances in platform performance, privacy regulations, and audience behavior across Australia, Singapore, India, and New Zealand. What you will do Own paid social strategy and execution across APAC markets for Rippling, with a primary focus on Australia, Singapore, India, and New Zealand. Optimize budget allocation and campaign performance across LinkedIn and Meta, with potential to expand into other paid social channels, balancing efficiency, scale, and market priorities. Develop region-specific creative and copy tailored to local audiences, messaging, and ad formats while testing new audiences, campaigns, and market-entry strategies. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including APAC Sales, Marketing Operations, and Brand, to evolve regional strategy and launch campaigns. Monitor down-funnel performance and build AI- and analytics-driven tools, frameworks, and reporting to improve funnel conversion and ARR generation across APAC while navigating regional privacy and platform nuances. What you will need 3+ years of experience managing paid social, in particular Meta and Linkedin at high-growth companies, B2B preferred Strong ownership mindset: You are motivated by the idea of owning a number, and are not afraid to step up to big challenges.
