About the Role We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Engine’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) team, responsible for driving customer activation, engagement, and expansion across Engine’s full travel marketplace, including lodging, flights, cars, spaces, and groups. This team owns the in-product growth funnel, shaping how customers experience the platform from signup and onboarding through repeat usage, cross-sell, and rebooking. Their work directly influences customer retention and revenue by improving how and when users discover and adopt new services, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, iteration, and data-informed decision-making. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on rapid development, continuous improvement, and building stronger experimentation practices into how the team ships and learns. You’ll partner closely with product, data, and design to identify opportunities to increase time-to-value, improve stickiness, and encourage broader product adoption across the platform through thoughtful testing, learning, and iteration.
