This critical role is responsible for the sophisticated management and execution of investment portfolios, ensuring optimal trade execution, and robust risk management. The Trader will also play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through strategic onboarding, delivering exceptional client service, and providing essential support to the Head of Trading. WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO Execute complex trades across various asset classes, ensuring precision and accuracy, efficiency, and best execution quality in a high-volume environment. Invest and manage on an on-going basis client accounts into advanced investment strategies across multiple custodial platforms. Proactively identify and mitigate trading risks, meticulously monitoring trade settlement, and resolving any trade discrepancies or errors with urgency. Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and firm policies, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in compliance. Collaborate extensively with the trading team, taking initiative in standardizing trading procedures, optimizing workflows, and ensuring comprehensive trading coverage. Provide an unparalleled level of service for Advisors and their offices, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to trades, cashiering, and portfolio performance, while proactively addressing any potential concerns. Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading operations, including the evaluation and integration of new technologies and methodologies.
