This is an exciting PM-GM role: you'll own the Demand domain, be accountable for the business outcomes, and work directly with our CEO and functional leads on strategy. That's especially the case for group travel and multi-day travel ( think of a 7-day safari in the Serengeti, a 5-day scuba diving trip in the Galápagos, or a multi-week pilgrimage) where travelers get to really immerse themselves. Passionate travel organizers make this magic happen, and WeTravel is here to support them. Multi-day travel businesses use WeTravel as their end-to-end operating system: publishing trip offerings, generating and converting leads, processing payments around the world, paying suppliers and vendors. We combine global diversity with the agility and closeness of a much smaller team. More than 90 colleagues are based in our Amsterdam office in Rokin, including the entire Product Org and most of our Engineering team. You will have fun innovating fast with brilliant, low-ego colleagues. Our clients are also easy to reach, which helps us stay close to their needs and build with them. Financially, WeTravel is highly secure and growing fast, with 50 to 100 percent year-over-year growth depending on the metric. This gives us a strong foundation to build from. The Problem This Role Solves Most travel businesses on WeTravel are small to medium businesses, and their number one priority is growing sales. That starts at the top of the funnel: turning interest into qualified leads. This is where most of them struggle. Most organizers aren't growth experts, and even the ones who are good at it spend their time stitching together five different tools: a website builder somewhere, an email tool somewhere else, an ad agency, lead capture widgets, and analytics from yet another place. It's fragmented, expensive, and slow. We think WeTravel can do much of this for them. We have the trip data, the customer relationships, and the AI capabilities to make demand generation simpler, more integrated, and more effective than any patchwork they could assemble on their own. That's what this role is here to build. ABOUT THE ROLE You will own the Demand domain: everything that helps an organizer attract new leads and convert those into booked travelers. Some of these levers are running today as ops-managed services. Some are in pilots. Some don't exist yet. Your job is to study what works, prioritize what to build, run experiments, and turn the strongest signals into real, scalable products. Where you'll spend most of your time The three initiatives below are where we’ve seen the strongest interests from our clients so far. Expect them to take the majority of your focus, especially in your first year. - Organizer websites and content: scaling our organizer websites program beyond pilot so any organizer can stand up a high-converting site. Help them with content creation which drives organic acquisition, whether via AI-assisted creation of blog posts that optimize SEO/GEO or another approach. - Managed Ads / Social: Paid acquisition is hard for organizers to get right on their own. Our marketing team just started to run this as a service for a handful of organizers.
