Senior Product Manager, Beyond

Your Impact As Senior PM for Beyond, you will take Dedrone's "beyond drones" surface from a collection of ad-hoc customer commitments to a productized line. You'll own the roadmap for counter-Group 3, maritime integration, and adjacent threat classes, and partner with neighboring PMs to extend the Dedrone sensor network into new domains. What You’ll Do Location: Onsite at our Sterling, Virginia or Seattle Office 4 days a week Reports to: Sr. Director of Product, Dedrone Direct Reports: N/A Own Beyond end-to-end: vision, roadmap, requirements, launch Convert opportunistic customer commitments into a prioritized backlog Partner with Kinetic & Novel Defeat PM on Group 3 response patterns Work directly with federal, DoD, and critical-infrastructure operators Write PRDs, drive sprint-level execution, and unblock cross-functional work What You Bring 7+ years PM, with 3+ in defense, security, or multi-sensor/multi-modal domains Track record converting ad-hoc commitments into a productized line Working knowledge of counter-UAS, Group 3, maritime, or multi-domain integration US person (ITAR eligibility required) Work Location This role is based out of our Sterling Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
