ABOUT THE ROLE: The Revenue Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day success of the sales organization by managing core revenue operations processes, including quota administration, commission operations, sales performance reporting, and data management. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure operational excellence, process consistency, and data accuracy across the revenue organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate who is comfortable working in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys building scalable operational processes. This role will be hybrid and based in our Bengaluru office. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: QUOTA & COMPENSATION OPERATIONS: - Administer and maintain sales quotas, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and reporting of quota attainment. - Support the execution and administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate commission calculations and timely payouts. - Partner with Finance and Sales teams to investigate and resolve compensation-related inquiries and discrepancies. - Maintain documentation and controls related to quota and compensation processes. REPORTING & DATA MANAGEMENT: - Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards related to sales performance, quota attainment, and compensation metrics. - Monitor and maintain data quality across Salesforce and other revenue systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business operations and leadership requests. - Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with systems teams to support enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance of revenue systems. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT: - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders - Serve as a point of contact for operational reque
