ABOUT THE ROLE The Office Manager for G2 will play a critical role in managing G2’s India office in Gurgaon, ensuring a seamless and engaging workplace experience for employees from launch through steady-state operations. This individual will partner closely with the Senior Manager - ES, Global Employee Experience teams, and local business leaders to establish operational excellence while creating a seamless and engaging employee workplace experience. This is a highly hands-on, in-office role requiring flexibility to provide coverage across shifts and support a dynamic employee population. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Responsible Area: G2 India office operations -60% - Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supplies, and visitor management. - Coordinate with IT, security, Service provider to ensure operational readiness from day one - Oversee workspace setup including seating plans, access controls, collaboration spaces, and employee amenities - Oversee and coordinate with the Service Provider to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Monitor and ensure maintenance of the G2 office infrastructure as per agreements and the legal requirements. - Provide efficient administrative support to leadership and employees by handling all administrative requests. - Manage budgets for office related expenses and recommend adjustments based on previous year’s spending patterns and anticipated requirements - Drive best practices in office management Responsibility Area: Employee engagement events & G2 event planning/execution support-20% - Plan and execute monthly /quarterly employee engagement activities/APAC All hands to foster a positive workplace culture. - Take complete ownership of organizing G2 India annual corporate meetups and support the Revenue/Product teams with internal sync weeks and external customer events. - Drive ERG and community events in the region to strengthen the unique G2 culture in APAC. - Coordinate the regional execution of emp
