About SINGU At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business. Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started. Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus. If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation. ABOUT THE ROLE This is SINGU's first HR Business Partner role in Poland – and it is a blank canvas, not a backfill. You will be a true strategic partner to the business, working directly with the Head of People and Culture and the leadership team to design and own the people systems that will shape how SINGU grows. This is not a role for someone who wants to run processes inherited from someone else. You will build them. You will be operating in a fast-scaling, post-M&A environment where the cultural foundations matter enormously. We have recently brought together teams from Poland, the UK, and Germany – each with their own history, ways of working, and identity. Your job is to help us build one SINGU: coherent, high-trust, and ambitious. You will report directly to the Head of People and Culture and operate with significant autonomy and ownership. This is a hybrid position based in Cracow: 2-3 days per week working from the office. WHAT YOU'LL DO Performance & Development - Design and run SINGU's performance review process — framework, calibration, and communication. - Build job architecture, promotion policy, and salary bands from scratch. - Create career paths, succession planning and leadership pipeline programmes. Manager Enablement - Be the trusted advisor for managers on underperformance, team dynamics, org design, and retention risks. - Coach and upskill leaders proactively — act as a sparring partner for the leadership team. Culture & Engagement - Actively build one SINGU culture across three post-M&A entities — run engagement initiatives, surface real insights, and intervene before silos form. - Own eNPS and drive employer branding. Data, Systems & HR Operations - Lead the greenfield selection and implementation of an HCM system, and establish GDPR-compliant data governance across all three entities. - Define and track HR KPIs — attrition, time-to-hire, engagement, performance — and use people analytics to advise leadership. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Must Have: - HRBP experience in a product or SaaS company – you have operated as a business partner, not an HR generalist in a transactional role. Experience in a product-driven software environment is essential. - Real ownership mindset – you have built things from scratch. You know what it feels like to design a performance framework with no template, launch it, iterate, and own the result. - Comfort with ambiguity and a scaling environment – post-M&A or high-growth experience is a significant plus. - Deep understanding of culture – what creates it, what erodes it. You can talk about culture with specificity, not buzzwords. - Manager coaching capability – through honest conversations, challenges, and partnerships built on trust. - Fluency in data and systems thinking – co
