[Fall/Winter 2026-2027] Middle School Cheer Assistant Coach

Originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM has grown to annually serve more than 2,500 youth across East Harlem and the South Bronx through a network of seven PreK-12, extended-day, extended-year DREAM Charter Schools and community sports-based youth development programs. To learn more, visit wearedream.org. DREAM is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cheer Assistant Coach to support the execution of our middle school athletics program. The Cheer Assistant Coach plays a critical role in ensuring consistent supervision, strong practice implementation, and a positive, structured experience for all athletes. Coaches are key members of the Athletics team and ensure the continued excellence, growth and sustainability of DREAM’s Athletics programs. This role reports to the Dean of Student Life and works under the leadership of the Head Coach.
