Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits. Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are searching for an Associate Director / Director of Family Experience with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4-10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, education, or a related field with a proven record of designing and implementing initiatives that improve stakeholder experience and engagement. Our Associate Director / Director of Family Experience will lead the development of innovative initiatives that strengthen family happiness, belonging, and long-term retention across Zeta schools. This person will analyze data and family insights, identify opportunities to improve the family experience, pilot new initiatives, and build scalable systems that schools can implement successfully. We are open to hiring at the Manager, Associate Director, or Director level; title and compensation will be determined after assessment of experience, skills, and competencies. Responsibilities: Provide strategic vision and project leadership for key network initiatives. Lead the planning and execution of high-impact projects that strengthen the family experience. Use data and insights to deliver a Wow! Family experience. Analyze family satisfaction, engagement, and retention data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Design and pilot innovative initiatives. Incubate and test new programs that improve the family journey from enrollment through graduation, gathering feedback and refining approaches based on results. Build scalable systems for network implementation. Turn successful pilots into clear, replicable programs, playbooks, and tools that schools can implement effectively. Wear multiple hats as part of a lean scale-up team. Support cross-functional projects and take on new initiatives as needed to support Zeta’s growth. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $140,000.
