Role Overview We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator/Specialist to serve as the central operational backbone of our People function, including supporting both recruiting execution and employee experience initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building structure, and takes pride in creating high-quality experiences for candidates and employees alike. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our hiring engine running while helping support the systems, programs, and processes that shape our culture. This is an onsite opportunity in our El Segundo, CA office. Responsibilities Talent Operations (Recruiting) Coordinate, schedule, and manage all logistics related to candidate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Manage job postings across platforms (e.g. Greenhouse and external job boards). Support offer creation and coordination, including preparing offer letters and tracking approvals. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track and moving efficiently. Maintain recruiting data integrity and generate basic reporting on pipeline activity and hiring metrics. Assist with candidate communications and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the process. People Operations (HR) Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience. Maintain and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy and completeness across employee records. Provide support across people programs and initiatives (e.g. training, engagement activities, values council, and more). Assist with documentation and process improvements across people operations. Operational Excellence Help build and refine foundational People and Talent processes as the company scales. Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements to systems and workflows. Ensure high attention to detail across all systems, communications, and data. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. At least 2+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations in a technology environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail with a systems-oriented mindset. Team player that can also work well independently. Excellent problem solving and time management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
