ABOUT THE ROLE Stacks is hiring an GTM Talent Partner to support a key period of growth, with a primary focus on hiring across our Go-To-Market teams. This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced recruiter who can quickly build pipelines, run efficient hiring processes, and close strong talent across commercial functions. You’ll focus on hiring high-quality candidates across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep momentum high and processes moving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, thrives on delivery, and takes pride in making hires happen. 🧱 WHAT YOU'LL DO FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT DELIVERY • Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation • Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously with pace and quality • Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and networks • Screen, assess, and manage candidates through interview process to offer stage HIRING MANAGER PARTNERSHIP • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities • Drive interview processes, feedback timelines, and decision making • Keep stakeholders updated with clear market insight and pipeline progress • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process TALENT PIPELINE & MARKET COVERAGE • Identify and engage top commercial talent across the UK and Europe • Build short-term pipelines for active roles and future hiring needs • Share insights on competitor hiring activity, compensation, and talent availability 🧩 WHAT YOU NEED • Proven experience as an internal recruiter, agency recruiter, or interim recruiter hiring GTM roles in fast-paced tech environments • Strong track record delivering hires across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Implementation roles • Hands-on sourcing capability with confidence approaching passive candidates directly • Strong process management skills with ability to move multiple roles quickly and efficiently • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Commercial mindset with strong understanding of revenue-generating functions • Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable operating with urgency 🚀 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU - Foundational role: Help shape a category-defining company from an early stage, working directly with founders and a small, high-agency team. - Meaningful ownership: Competitive equity in a company scaling rapidly towards $10m ARR, where your impact will directly shape the outcome. - Cutting-edge product and tech: Work at the intersection of AI and finance, building systems that fundamentally change how compa...
