ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring our second addition to the Content Operations team to continue building our support for licensed content, supporting the operational infrastructure that will power Suno's licensed music future. This is a mission-critical role at an inflection point in our company's growth, and a rare opportunity to help establish the operational backbone of a fast-growing music technology company from the ground up. As we partner with major rightsholders, we need systems and processes to handle licensed content ingestion at scale, rights tracking and attribution, opt-in management, reporting workflows, and compliance with licensing agreements and industry-standard delivery formats. You'll be a key player: participating in critical decisions about what to build, working directly with rightsholders, distributors, labels, and publishers. This role will directly enable Suno's most important strategic partnerships and shape how the music industry approaches licensed AI platforms. Listen to the song we made about it: https://suno.com/s/3Vf1mHILTiEKTNjj WHAT YOU’LL DO Strategy & Infrastructure - Help establish and support the content operations strategy to support our licensed platform roadmap - Provide critical feedback and implement scalable content ingestion pipelines to receive and process licensed content from rightsholders - Establish and support metadata standards, style guides, and quality frameworks that meet licensing partner requirements and industry standards (DDEX, ISRC, ISWC, ISNI, IPN, etc.) - Inform and determine content strategies pertaining to rightsholder catalogue on platform - Partner with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize tooling, automation, and technical roadmaps - Create documentation, playbooks, and foundational processes that ensure compliance and quality Team Building & Leadership - Recruit, onboard, and develop talent with the right mix of music industry and operational expertise - Help establish team rituals, communication norms, and performance metrics - Get hands-on with critical operational needs while building toward scalable solutions - A role with a built in path toward people management, with future oversight of metadata specialists and content coordinators Operations & Execution - Manage content supply chain from ingestion through distribution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance - Support rights tracking and attribution workflows that support proper compensation to rightsholders - Contribute to operational KPIs including content quality, processing efficiency, ing
