At Webull, we believe that everyone should have an equal opportunity to control their own financial future. Our vision has always been to empower individual investors with the tools and resources they need to succeed financially. This commitment remains at the heart of everything we do. About The Role & Team We are launching a next-generation institutional brokerage and clearing platform designed for global fintechs, RIAs, introducing brokers, proprietary trading firms, and foreign affiliates. As a Business Development Senior Associate, you will help expand our institutional client base by sourcing and qualifying partners for Webull’s institutional platform, supporting prospecting and outreach, and driving opportunity management across the end-to-end sales cycle. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, highly organized professional who understands the brokerage ecosystem, can navigate long sales cycles, and can partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to move deals forward. You will help shape our go-to-market motion by bringing market insights, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and ensuring a high-quality client experience from first meeting through onboarding. In This Role, You Will Support the full opportunity lifecycle for institutional B2B prospects, including fintechs seeking clearing/custody/API brokerage support, RIAs and asset managers, introducing brokers, and proprietary trading firms. Source and qualify strategic partners for Webull ConnectAPI (e.g., fintech platforms, introducing brokers, integrators, vendors), including outbound outreach, inbound triage, and partner funnel management. Build and maintain a target account list and pipeline; conduct market and account research and help identify high-probability segments. Coordinate with Product, Institutional Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to translate prospect needs into clear next steps and ensure alignment on platform capabilities. Prepare and tailor pitch materials, demos, and institutional presentations; participate in prospect calls and follow-ups. Assist with commercial and onboarding processes by tracking diligence items, coordinating term sheet/contract workflows, and helping manage integration timelines. Partner with technical integration teams to support API/FIX onboarding, including documentation requests, connectivity checklists, and meeting coordination. Support conferences, trade shows, and client events, including meeting scheduling, briefing materials, and post-event follow-up. Gather and synthesize client feedback and competitive insights to inform positioning and the institutional platform roadmap. Maintain strong CRM discipline and reporting (pipeline stages, activity, next steps); help build lightweight dashboards and contribute to weekly/monthly operating cadences. The Skills You Bring 3–6+ years of business development, vendor management, strategic partnerships, or related experience in brokerage, fintech, or financial services. Strong understanding of brokerage infrastructure, clearing and settlement processes, and institutional client models. Experience sourcing, evaluating, and supporting partner/alliances opportunities (especially API- or platform-based partnerships). Familiarity with institutional client segments (fintechs, RIAs, broker-dealers, proprietary trading firms); international experience and/or relationships are a plus. Demonstrated ability to advance multi-stakeholder B2B opportunities through discovery, diligence, and onboarding in partnership with senior sales/BD leadership. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience collaborating with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams. What Mak
