Responsibilities Manage daily operations and performance of assigned ecommerce brands/accounts across marketplaces. Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketplace activities to support sales growth. Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports. Coordinate with marketplace representatives to resolve operational issues and explore growth opportunities. Ensure product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional setups are accurate and up to date. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of business plans. Support account growth initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. 1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Account Management, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with major marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada is preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Fluent in English is a plus.
