Requirements p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a similar role; e-commerce experience is mandatory. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to drive store performance and revenue. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, principals, and internal stakeholders. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms/marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada) is a strong advantage. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Proficient in using basic office tools (Excel/Google Sheets, email, communication tools) for reporting and coordination. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
