We are looking for an Affiliate Network Manager to lead the growth, monetization, and scalability of our affiliate and creator ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Affiliate Solutions Lead, this role will be the owner of network GMV and GP, driving performance across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and future service verticals. You will build a ready-to-activate affiliate army, design creator recruitment and incubation journeys, and help transition our operations toward a self-serve, platform-driven affiliate model that scales efficiently while maintaining a strong Cost-to-Income Ratio (CIR). Who We Are The Creator Growth (CG) business at AnyMind is a two-sided service catering to both 'Content Creators' (including media companies, individual creators, and music artists) who're looking for professional support in production, strategy, and content optimization across major social media platforms, and 'Brands' who interested in an end-to-end marketing funnel driven by creators and content. Our core services include YouTube Reservation Ads for precise content targeting; Creator Utilization to build credibility and deliver targeted content; Affiliate Solution for performance-based eCommerce growth; and Production Services covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results What You'll Do 1. Network Performance Ownership Act as the primary owner of affiliate network GMV and GP targets . Design and execute creator recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention funnels. Connect network creators with affiliate t Tools (TAP, tracking links, product feeds) and integrate them into sales packages. 2. Holistic Strategy & GMV Growth Develop and execute the end-to-end affiliate network growth strategy for the market. Drive GMV through scalable initiatives across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and emerging service verticals (e.g., travel). Build a self-serve affiliate ecosystem where creators can independently select campaigns and drive performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with MCN and external creators to ensure a ready-to-work affiliate pool . Increase GMV per creator, activation rate, and retention through structured incubation programs. Experience or has an understanding of Self-serve Affiliate Platform eg. InvolveAsia, Accesstrade, Optimise Media, etc. 3. Budget & Resource Management Manage assigned budgets and resources to maximize outcomes while controlling CIR and GP margin . Optimize incentive structures (CPS/CPA, bonuses) to balance scale and profitability. Budget & Resource Management: Manage the team's assigned budget and resources effectively to deliver the best possible outcomes while controlling the Cost-to-Income Ratio (CIR). 4. Data-Driven Network Development Oversee tracking and analysis of creator performance at both network and campaign levels. Use performance data (GMV, GPM, ERR, CVR, GP) to refine recruitment, tiering, and incentive models. Build scalable KPI frameworks for creator segmentation and productivity. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Campaign, Planner, and Product teams to embed affiliate creators into client solutions. Support the product adoption of affiliate tools and tracking systems. Align network initiatives with the broader company ecosystem and revenue goals. Who You Are Must have Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, MCN, influencer/Affiliate network, or performance marketing. Proven experience scaling a creator or affiliate network and driving GMV or commission-based revenue. Strong understanding of affiliate mechanics (CPS, CPA, tracking links, attribution, GP/CIR). Experience with TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, MCN ecosystems , or affiliate network platforms eg. InvolveAsia, Accesstrade, Optimise Media, etc. is highly preferred. Data-driven mindset with strong
