As a C&B Senior Executive, you'll focus on managing end-to-end compensation and benefits activities, including payroll, tax, social insurance, and labor compliance. This position requires overseeing HR systems, handling government reporting, and addressing employee salary queries with a strong customer service mindset What You Will Do Operate, review and overall manage all C&B activities in payroll, PIT, SHUI, company health insurance, labor contracts, annual evaluation program, policies, procedures, benefits, timesheets, annual health checks, internal & external labor reports... for all employees; Overall management HR information (Filling, updating, managing employee profile) on all HR systems, master database and storage; Assist in implementing and administering C&B programs; Be in charge of annual working plan, labor cost, accrual planning, employee relation, etc. Keep updated Labor Law, PIT law, Insurance law and HR practices in Vietnam; Ensure that the C&B operations remain compliant with the current labor legislation; collect legal documents and advise the management on the change of relevant regulations when necessary. Personal documents: support for relevant documents such as Work Permit, Passport, Visa, Resident Card, Family information, etc. Make the accuracy reports for submitting on time to government authorities including regular reports (PIT, headcounts....) Handle all internal & external reports for HR audit purpose and co-work with internal audit team & government authorities when necessary; Handle employee queries related to salary with a high customer service mindset. Perform other tasks on Line Managers’ assignment. Who You Are A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency in Vietnamese & English Minimum 03 years of experience in the same position and experience in Digital Marketing Company/ Agency is a plus. Minimum 03 years of working experience in social insurance with 150 - 200 Vietnamese headcount. Tasks & time management skills, proactive attitude, and details orientation are must. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS softwares and systems Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Words) and Google Tools (Sheet, Docs) Good communication and presentation skills.
