Experiential Facilitators at Charlie Health support our clients through the use of various expressive tools, hands-on activities, and immersive experiences and believe that healing occurs in the experience itself. Through experience and action, we are able to connect with hard to reach feelings, learn healthy coping skills, and re-enact emotional experiences in order to have new and more adequate responses to situations. Charlie Health is excited to grow its Experiential Groups Department. Some of the modalities we want to incorporate into our psycho-education groups are: Experiential Practice Adventure, Wilderness, Eco, and Nature-Based Practice Recreation Based Practice Psychodrama Sociometry Expressive Communications Play Practice Gestalt Theory Oriented Practices Poetry and Narrative Practice Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Internal Family Systems (IFS) Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (Requires AEDP Certification) Somatic Experiencing Experiential Education & Learning Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Experiential Facilitator to provide remote, Telehealth services to our clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. This is a contract / 1099 position that allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our facilitators are able to dedicate at minimum 9 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and build valuable connections with our clients. People know Charlie Health for our warm and empathetic team. While each individual facilitator has their own interests, expertise, and style, we require all team members to be well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
