About the Role As a member of the Growth Strategy team, you'll own the performance management infrastructure that keeps Charlie Health's Outreach organization accountable as it scales. This role is the central point of execution for how sales performance is measured, reported, and acted on — owning recurring workflows like monthly goal tracking, quarterly bonus calculations, and biannual KPI reviews, while partnering with leadership on compensation plan design, performance reform initiatives, and ad hoc analytics. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure incentive structures are well-designed, payouts are accurate, and goals are deployed with the right tracking in place from day one. You'll build and maintain the scorecards, dashboards, and reporting materials that give leadership a reliable, org-wide view of performance, and you'll continuously look for ways to make these workflows more scalable and repeatable as the organization grows. Over time, you'll ramp into greater ownership of compensation plan design, performance analytics, and strategic projects that shape how Charlie Health measures and manages its sales organization. You'll be given a high level of autonomy and responsibility, and we expect you to "think like an owner" — bringing rigor, accuracy, and good judgment to work that directly impacts how reps are paid and how leadership makes decisions. Responsibilities Own performance reporting and KPI infrastructure for the Outreach organization, including monthly goal tracking, quarterly scorecards, and biannual KPI reviews delivered to leadership Execute compensation plan workflows across Outreach roles — including quarterly bonus calculations — ensuring incentive structures are well-designed, payouts are accurate, and bonus mechanics are clearly understood across the org Build and maintain performance trackers, dashboards, and reporting materials that give leadership reliable, real-time visibility into how the sales org is performing against goals Support the deployment of org-wide goals by ensuring tracking infrastructure is in place from day one, and performance against targets is visible to the right stakeholders Partner with Growth Strategy leadership on performance reform initiatives, compensation plan redesign, and strategic analytics that drive accountability and continuous improvement across the sales organization Conduct ad hoc analyses and modeling — including Snowflake-based data pulls — to support compensation plan design, performance diagnostics, and leadership decision-making Continuously improve performance management and compensation wo
