We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about crypto and digital assets, and eager to shape the next generation of cross-border payment products. What you’ll do Be the first crypto hiring in our São Paulo office working closely with the main team which is Paris based. Help define, prioritize, and own the product roadmap for crypto and stablecoin features within Ebury bank’s (Brazilian entity) perimeter. Take a hands-on role in writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, be an owner of the products you ship. Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses. Be part of a multidisciplinary and cross-country team focused on product; Work with agile methodologies, managing sprints, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment. Monitor product KPIs and leverage data to drive decisions and continuous improvement. What you’ll need Mandatory: Previous experience in Fintech within a Crypto or Digital Assets domain (specifically handling stablecoins, wallets, or Web3 technologies). Nice to Have: Strong familiarity with traditional payments infrastructure, FX, or regulated financial services . 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Strong understanding of stablecoins, payments, and wallet infrastructures. Experience with third-party on and off-ramp providers. Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management. Analytical thinking and proficiency with system design discussions. Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution. Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
