Associate Project Manager, Japanese Speaking (Night Shift)

Who We Are: Team-oriented and collaborative Hard-working professionals who strive for excellence Built-in mentorship to help you drive and improve your project management and customer service skills, to deliver excellent results for clients Hands-on leadership to help you develop your career and provide opportunities for upward mobility within Guidepoint Guidepoint is passionate about your career growth What You Will Own: Partner with global Project Managers to support clients in gathering primary research insights Identify, recruit, and manage industry experts for consultations and surveys based on client needs Screen expert profiles and responses to assess subject matter expertise and suitability Coordinate and schedule expert consultations and meetings between advisors and clients Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain accurate records in Guidepoint’s CRM system Collaborate closely with international team members to optimize service delivery Support Japanese clients during night shift coverage , providing continuity when Japan-based Project Managers are offline Experience You Will Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 2–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role Fluency in English and Japanese (spoken and written) Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all professional levels Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a global team Experience working in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment Skills You Will Bring: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn across industries Comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones Ability to deliver high-quality client service under tight timelines Attention to detail and strong judgment in assessing expert suitability What We Offer: 14 annual leave days (PTO Days), 11 legal holidays, and 7 full paid sick days Social insurances and housing fund Shanghai CBD location, Hong Kou Football Stadium with Line 3 and line 8 metro Free snacks and beverages in the office, including free coffee Competitive salary depending on experience.
