As Guidepoint’s HR Manager located in our office in Tokyo, Japan you will embrace the opportunity to shape a high-performing organization, using your sound ideas and management skills to ensure that HR initiatives and services are aligned with business objectives and are delivered effectively to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention. 概要 ガイドポイントのHRチームは、問題解決を通じた従業員の幸福度向上に日々邁進しています。オーダーメイドのナレッジ共有ソリューションを通じて、よりスマートな人と企業、世界をつくるという当社ミッションの達成に取り組むなか、東京オフィスでは当社の企業文化や人材プログラムの向上を担う人事マネージャーを募集しています。 東京オフィス所属のHRマネージャーには、アイデアとマネジメントスキルを駆使しながら、従業員のエンゲージメントと生産性、リテンションが上がるよう、事業目標に沿った人事施策やサービスを効率よく提供することを通じて、ハイパフォーマンス組織の形成にあたっていただきます。 Key Responsibilities: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and fair manner Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues Ensure that performance reviews are conducted regularly and align with company goals Identify training needs across the organization and develop appropriate training programs Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars Ensure that the company complies with all local employment laws and regulations Coordinate with local payroll provider and Head of Global Payroll on monthly payroll changes Manage all the office administration, such as IT device management, the employee snack programs coordinate employee events and related vendor controls Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment efficiency and internal mobility Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits Coordinate Health Committee activities including compliance, and employee wellbeing initiatives 業務内容 オープンなコミュニケーションと衝突の解消の促進を通じた良好な職場環境の醸成 従業員の懸念や苦情、懲戒問題へのタイムリーかつ公正な対処 従業員のやる気と生産性向上のためのエンゲージメント施策の策定と導入 管理職へのパフォーマンス関連の問題についての育成・指導 企業目標に合致した定期的なパフォーマンス評価の実施の徹底 全社での研修ニーズの洗い出しと適切な研修プログラムの策定 講習やワークショップ、セミナーの調整と実施 人事・労務関連の国内法令遵守の徹底 国内の給与計算代行会社およびGlobal Payroll責任者との月次給与調整 IT機器管理、フリースナック制度、従業員向けイベント、ベンダー対応などのオフィス運営 離職率、採用効率、社内流動性などの人事指標に関する定期報告書の作成 給与と福利厚生のベンチマーク調査の定期実施 従業員の健康施策や法令対策を含む衛生委員会の運営支援 WHAT YOU HAVE: A degree from a 4+ year university Deep knowledge of Japanese labor law, social and welfare benefits, and HR administration Minimum of 5 years as an HR Manager or higher, focused on performance management, onboarding, and exit processes Proficient in HRIS management Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite The willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment An internal consultant mindset, with proven experience to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven excellence in project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professional delivery Strong team player characteristics with entrepreneurial mindset and “can-do” attitude along with pro-active, results-oriented work style and highly professional conduct Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to drive best practices globally Fluent Japanese and English is a must, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills 応募条件 4年制大学以上の学位 日本の労働法規、福利厚生、人事管理への深い造詣 人事マネージャー職以上で、パフォーマンス管理と入社・退社手続に注力した経験(5年以上) HRIS管理に習熟していること 高いPCスキル(Microsoft Office Suite含む) スピード感のあるグローバルな職場環境で自律的に働ける方 社内コンサルタントのマインドを持ち、スピードと期日重視の職場で効果的に業務を遂行した経験のある方 業務の優先順位付け、計画・運営、正確性の高さ、細部へのこだわり、プロ水準の納品など、卓越したプロジェクトマネジメントスキルの実績をお持ちの方 チームプレイヤーであると同時に、起業家精神をもち、積極性をもって成果主義な
