If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Junior Implementation Consultant (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you will support the successful deployment of our Restaurant (K-Series) customers point-of-sales (POS) solutions. In this role, you will assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, network-related support, and post go-live activities to help customers achieve a smooth and successful implementation experience. Working at the intersection of technology and customer success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored POS solutions while managing implementation queues and supporting customer journeys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working in a high tech-touch, lower customer interaction environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Configure and implement POS solutions, leveraging automation tools and ChurnZero workflows to improve efficiency and streamline processes. - Support Implementation Consultants by assisting with network setup, troubleshooting, and post go-live activities to ensure successful customer onboarding. - Apply technical expertise to configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams on customer-specific requirements. - Assist with customer training and create clear documentation to support product adoption and ongoing success. - Partner with internal teams to maintain training resources and support product updates. - Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure implementations are reliable, functional, and meet customer requirements. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following: - Experience working within the POS technology industry, with strong knowledge of POS systems and related technologies. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and implementations simultaneously. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve results. - Proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for identifying and improving processes. - Knowledge of and experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
