Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Telco Services team. The role involves managing and enhancing core telco offerings such as Web Portals,IVR, USSD, SMS, Pre-call Services, Merchant IVR, and M2M IVR Portals, while also driving partner and marketplace integrations on Digital Super Apps/ Selfcare Apps/ Marketplace Apps. The candidate should bring prior hands-on experience in service delivery platforms, integration projects, and digital service ecosystems (OTT, gaming, content billing). Key Responsibilities 1) Requirement Gathering & Analysis -Engage with business teams and partners to capture and refine requirements for telco and VAS services. -Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. 2) Service Delivery & Operations -Manage end-to-end lifecycle of assigned telco services (IVR, USSD, SMS, Pre-call, Merchant IVR, M2M IVR). -Monitor performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. -Lead incident analysis, root cause identification, and closure of operational issues. 3) Partner & Vendor Integrations -Work with external partners/vendors for onboarding and integration on Service Delivery Platforms (SDP). -Manage Marketplace Vendor Integrations for digital services (OTT, games, content providers). -Support Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) projects, ensuring seamless settlement, compliance, and reconciliation. 4) Testing & Quality Assurance -Drive UAT and regression testing of new features, enhancements, and partner integrations. -Ensure test cases and validation processes are well-documented and executed. 5) Documentation & Compliance -Prepare and maintain operational runbooks, process flows, and integration guides. -Support audits and compliance checks related to telco services and billing. 6) Cross-functional Collaboration -Work closely with engineering, QA, support, and business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. -Coordinate with partners for troubleshooting and service improvements. 7) Continuous Improvement -Recommend process automation and monitoring enhancements. -Stay updated with evolving telco protocols, VAS technologies, and digital monetization trends. Key Skills & Competencies -Strong understanding of Telco Service Delivery Platforms (SDP). -Hands-on experience with Web Portals,Subscription Manager,IVR, USSD, SMS, and related VAS platforms. -Knowledge of partner/vendor integrations and direct carrier billing (OTT, Games, Content services). -Familiarity with telecom billing protocols (SMPP, SIP, Diameter, MAP, CAMEL, etc.). -Good grasp of service monitoring tools and incident management processes. -Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with data-driven problem solving.
