THE ROLE We’re seeking a mid-to-senior level Paralegal (typically 4–7+ years of relevant experience) to support Quince’s growing, fast-moving legal team across the U.S., U.K., EU, and India. This role will report to our Head of Legal, and as our first dedicated Paralegal hire, you will design, scale and own the infrastructure that allows our global legal team to move at high speed. This role will own legal operations and paralegal tasks that enable counsel to deliver practical, business-aligned legal advice: contract lifecycle management, privacy and DSAR support, employment and HR documentation assistance, litigation and claims support, outside-counsel coordination, and building repeatable processes and templates. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, People, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service and will be the team’s operational backbone — improving turnaround times and documentation quality while enabling the lawyers to focus on strategic matters. Responsibilities Contract & Commercial Support Manage contract intake, triage, and tracking across jurisdictions; enforce SLAs and maintain intake workflows. Draft, redline, and assemble NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and standard commercial documents using templates and playbooks. Maintain the contract repository/CLM (naming, metadata, version control), run searches, pull contract summaries and obligation logs. Prepare contract closing packets, signature routing, and post-execution uploads. Privacy & Consumer / Data Requests Support privacy workflows, including managing the end-to-end DSAR process, updating data inventory maps, and tracking vendor data processing agreements (DPAs). Assist with privacy-related documentation and evidence for audits and regulator interactions as directed.
