THE ROLE Print Marketing Designer As direct mail becomes a scaled channel, the Print Marketing Designer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, high-volume creative with a strong emphasis on performance and production excellence. This role is responsible for designing and executing direct mail assets that balance performance-driven iteration with elevated brand expression. Working at the intersection of creative, marketing, and operations, the designer will manage the end-to-end print design process, from concept through final production, while also partnering closely with Marketing to track performance and ensure campaigns meet defined targets. This role is expected to engage directly with performance data, using results and testing insights to inform creative decisions and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals and refined taste with deep expertise in print production, along with a data-informed mindset. They are comfortable working against clear KPIs, iterating quickly based on results, and optimizing creative without sacrificing brand integrity or quality. This role reports into the Lead Brand Designer. This role is fully remote for candidates outside the San Francisco area and follows a hybrid schedule for those based locally. *You must submit samples of work/portfolio to be considered. Responsibilities Direct Mail Design & Creative Development Own design for the Quince direct mail program end to end, setting the visual direction and ensuring consistency across all campaigns Design print marketing assets, including mailers, catalogs, inserts, and other formats, aligned with brand standards and customer acquisition and retention goals Translate marketing objectives, audience insights, and testing strategies into compelling visual layouts Maintain a strong sense of typography, composition, and hierarchy to crea
