The Mission As a Technical Support Engineer Intern, you are the bridge between global customers and our internal product engineers. You will act as a technical investigator, translating complex puzzles into actionable solutions for everyone from solo developers to Fortune 500 enterprises. Your goal is to ensure the "Edge" remains reliable by diagnosing real-world use cases and providing direct feedback to our product teams.
