JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : · Ensuring the accurate and timely billing and payment for RPM services rendered to patients · Ensuring accurate patient demographics are captured such as insurance information, · Preparing and submitting claims to insurance companies · Following up on outstanding and denied claims · Processing payment postings · Investigate and resolve billing disputes and denials · Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims and rejections · Research and analyze medical billing data to identify billing trends and payment patterns · Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies to · Facilitate payment processing and resolution of billing issues · Provide regular reports on billing and collections activities to management · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and workflow
